Shipping
Most orders will be shipped the same day that we receive them, however some
items may take up to 72 hours to process your order. Actual transit time varies
depending on where you are located in the United States.
Information on shipment choices like UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air and 3- Day
Select:
- The day the package is shipped does not count as a transit day.
- Weekends and holidays do not count as transit days.
Example: If you place an order on Friday after the shipping cutoff for 2nd-Day
Air, your order will be processed Monday. The first transit day is Tuesday, and
the final transit (and delivery) day is Wednesday.
To get your package shipped as fast as possible please provide us with accurate
billing and shipping information.
Most orders will ship out via UPS, however smaller items may ship out via USPS. We send tracking numbers with every order, and a link to help you find the current location of your order.

Returns

My game isn't working, now what?
Cartridge Games - Drip some rubbing alcohol onto a q-tip so one side is wet but not dripping. Place the wet end of the q-tip inside the bottom of the game and press it up against the metal connector. Rub back and forth. Repeat this for the other side of the connector. The q-tip will most likely look dirty after use. This is a good sign.
Disc Games - Using a clean, dry cloth rub the bottom of the disk from the inside to the outside. DO NOT rub in a circle. Do this until visible smudges and marks are gone.

I need to return an item, now what?
Any item that needs to be returned for repair, replacement or exchange must be done so within 10 days after arrival. If an exact replacement item is in stock another it will be sent. Otherwise store credit will be issued. Sorry we DO NOT issue money refunds on defective items. An RA (Return Authorization) is required for any return so please be sure to email us at sales@gamersace.com before shipping anything. The buyer will be responsible for shipping the merchandise to us and we will pay the return shipping to send the replacement or item purchased with store credit back to the buyer.
